Why perfect skills produce imperfect outcomes...

I used to worship skills.

"Master the skill, everything else follows!"

Years later? NOTHING followed.

I felt blindsided.

Completely lost.

Yes, skills matter.

Especially in business.

Sales skills? Critical.

Marketing skills? Vital.

Product skills? Essential.

But they ALL crashed and burned because my mindset was broken.

Here are just some of the beliefs I’ve changed since:

1. "I need more knowledge for confidence." → "Action births confidence, not perfection."

2. "Just one more certification..." → "Every pro started as a clueless beginner who jumped in anyway."

3. "Not ready—need more training." → "Using knowledge makes skills stick."

4. "Can't move until I'm 100% skilled." → "Progress happens BEFORE mastery."

5. "Mindset is fluff—only skills count." → "Strong mindset MULTIPLIES every skill."

Game-changing, right? 🙂
